Response times
Every request becomes a tracked ticket with a target attached, and the target depends on the plan the account is on. The contact form inside the app shows the targets for your plan and only offers the priorities your plan includes. Targets are in Australia/Brisbane business hours.

Guests never need an account to reach us: the two things that go wrong most often — a sign-in code that does not arrive and a camera that will not start — have their own fixes, and the host can raise a ticket for anything else.
Working with us on a pilot
If you are an event photographer or a host with a real event coming up, and you are willing to tell us honestly what goes wrong, we want to hear from you. Use the demo form and mention the event date.
