Can I turn my Canva invitation into an RSVP page?

Yes. Download the invitation from Canva as a PNG or PDF, or copy it and paste, and drop it into RSVPix when you create your event. RSVPix reads the date, time and venue from it, you check what it found, and your RSVP page is built with your invitation at the top. Importing your own invitation is free, like RSVPs.

What happens when you drop it in

  1. Export from Canva. Download as PNG or PDF. A photo of a printed card works too; you straighten it on screen first.
  2. Drop it in. Already have an invitation? Drop in the image or PDF you made in Canva or anywhere else, and RSVPix reads the date, time and venue to build your RSVP page.
  3. Check the details. Anything the invitation leaves ambiguous, such as a date written 1.2.27, is shown for you to choose before you continue.
  4. Share the page. Your invitation sits at the top of the RSVP page. RSVPs are free. Create as many events as you like and collect RSVPs on all of them at no cost, and your guests need no account to reply.

What it costs

Importing your own invitation is free, like RSVPs. It is free while we are in beta and may be capped later — we would rather tell you that now than surprise you. You only need a package when you want the photo side.

If you do not have an invitation yet: Free and paid passes, event credits and Studio plans include AI invitation designs: describe the feeling, choose from up to four designs and refine them. Previews are watermarked; your chosen design appears on your RSVP page.

What happens to the file

The file you import to read details is deleted after 2 days unless you keep it as the image on your page, in which case it stays with the event. The full schedule is on the retention schedule page.

Which file types work?

PNG, JPG, HEIC and PDF. For a PDF with more than one page, you pick the page.

Do I need a paid pass to import my invitation?

No. Importing your own invitation is free, like RSVPs. AI-made invitation designs are the part that needs a paid pass, event credits or a Studio plan.

Does RSVPix connect to my Canva account?

No. You download the file from Canva and drop it in; RSVPix never signs in to Canva.
