What you are actually paying for
Not the collecting. Collecting is solved and free. What a paid platform adds is the sorting — giving each guest only the photos they are in — plus host approval before anything appears, and access that is locked to your event rather than to whoever holds the link.

Paid passes are sized by guest count: Essentials covers up to 75 guests and 500 photos for $49 (A$79), Classic covers up to 200 guests and 2,000 photos for $99 (A$149), Premier covers up to 500 guests and 5,000 photos for $179 (A$269), Festival covers up to 2,000 guests and 15,000 photos for $349 (A$499). Every paid pass hosts each guest’s gallery for 12 months after the event, and none has a deadline to create the event by. For several events, event credits cover one event each on Classic terms and never expire: 3 for $269 (A$399) or 10 for $849 (A$1,279).
The one-off event passes are a single payment. They do not auto-renew, and each covers one event, with galleries that close 12 months after that event. Prices are set in US dollars and in Australian dollars, not converted: an Australian host is shown and charged the A$ price, everyone else the US$ price, and the pricing page lets anyone switch between the two. Subscription plans exist for people running events regularly; for a one-off wedding or party they are the wrong shape.

- How many steps does a guest face? A cheap platform your guests will not use is not cheap.
