From invitation to RSVP page in four steps
Export the invitation from Canva, drop it into RSVPix, check the date, time and venue it read, and share the page by WhatsApp. Your guests reply on a page that starts with the invitation you already designed.
1. Export from Canva
Open your design and download it as a PNG, or as a PDF if it is a printable card. If the invitation only exists on paper, take a photo of it in good light; RSVPix lets you straighten it before it is read.
2. Drop it in
Start a new event and drop the file in, or copy the design in Canva and paste it. Already have an invitation? Drop in the image or PDF you made in Canva or anywhere else, and RSVPix reads the date, time and venue to build your RSVP page.
3. Check the details
Every field RSVPix read is listed next to your invitation. Anything ambiguous, like a date that could be read two ways, is shown for you to choose. Fix anything that is wrong, then create the page.
4. Share it by WhatsApp
Open Share and choose WhatsApp. The message carries the link to your RSVP page, and guests need no account to reply. Download a printable QR flyer for your event, styled to match your page.
What it costs
Importing your own invitation is free, like RSVPs. It is free while we are in beta and may be capped later — we would rather tell you that now than surprise you. You only need a package when you want the photo side.
No invitation yet? Free and paid passes, event credits and Studio plans include AI invitation designs: describe the feeling, choose from up to four designs and refine them. Previews are watermarked; your chosen design appears on your RSVP page.
