Every gallery opens only after signing in, and that sign-in is locked to your event. A guest cannot reach another event’s photos, and neither can anyone outside yours.
Worth knowing for this kind of event

Adding photos is now the easy half: While the event is on, a guest who scans the printed QR code can add their photos with no sign-in at all — no email, no code, no account. They pick their photos, add their name if they want it shown, and they are done.
And the part most products leave out: collecting the photos they are in is heavier. Your guests scan the QR code, enter an email address and accept the terms, collect a four-digit code from their inbox, give a first name, last name and country, allow the camera, wait for the on-screen guide to load, and take one selfie.
The honest limits
- Photos appear after they have been uploaded and processed, not while the event is still running.
- Face matching is not perfect. It can miss a guest, and it can occasionally return someone else’s photo inside the right gallery.
- RSVPix is for events where the attendees are adults. We do not support face matching on a parental-consent basis.
Questions people ask
Do I need a photographer as well?
That is your call — RSVPix does not take the photos, it delivers them. A photographer can upload their own event photos as the host, and your guests add theirs, so both end up in the same place and every guest gets a gallery of just the ones they are in.
What does it cost?
$0 to run one real event with up to 100 photos and up to 30 guests, claimed when you create an event dated within 30 days. After that a paid pass is sized by guest count, from $49 (A$79) once for up to 75 guests, with galleries open for 12 months after the event. There is no subscription to cancel on the one-off passes.
How long do guests get to download their photos?
30 days after your event on the free package, and 12 months after the event on every paid pass and event credit.
